The mission of RCAP is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in Rockland County to achieve greater self-sufficiency.

The food pantry is open to residents of Rockland County who meet the criteria based on some of the following factors: number of residences in the household, and income of said household. Registration is required to access any of the services of the CAP. Groceries are purchased from the Regional Foodbank.
